Ingredients
  • 3 cups organic soy (or other plant based) milk
  • 2 cups kale or other greens
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
Instructions
  1. Add plant based milk, greens, frozen mango, frozen blueberries, banana, hemp and flax seeds to blender. Blend until smooth.
