This spice blend is great for adding flavour to anything and everything especially sprinkled on tofu steaks prior to sautéing (slice and add the blackened tofu to your Caeser Salad!) or in this Spicy Black Pepper Tofu.
Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl and store in an airtight container. Use as needed:)

- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- ½ tbsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- ½ tbsp salt
- ½ tbsp freshly ground black pepper
