Everyone needs a few easy ‘go-to-meals’ when the day’s been long, your patience is short and you just need to whip up something super tasty with minimal effort (oh, if only all great meals were super tasty with minimal effort!). We’ve been making these for many, many years and the vegan and original non vegan versions are nearly indistinguishable. Jamaican Jerk spice with sweet mango and a few other ingredients and you’ve got the perfect wrap loved by absolutely everyone!In a small bowl whisk together the jerk seasoning with the canola oil.Place the Gardein Crispy Tenders on a baking sheet and ‘paint’ one side with the spice mix. Place in the oven and bake as per package directions. Flip half way through and ‘paint’ the other side with the spice mix.While the ‘tenders’ are cooking chop up your mango, red peppers and lettuce.Add the Mango, lettuce and red peppers to a large bowl and in a smaller bowl combine your Just Mayo (or other vegan mayo), lime juice and jerk spice. Toss this all together. When the tenders are done, remove them from the oven, cut into bite size pieces and add them to the bowl as well. Toss to combine.Divide the filling evenly amongst the tortillas and wrap ’em up! Sweet and spicy, bursting with flavour, you’re going to love these!

- 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 3 mangoes, diced
- 2 red peppers, diced
- ⅔ cup Just Mayo or other vegan mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tbsp Jamaican jerk seasoning
- 6-8 large tortillas
- In a small bowl whisk together the2½ tbsp jerk seasoning with the canola oil.
- Place the Gardein Crispy Tenders on a baking sheet and 'paint' one side with the spice mix.
- Place in the oven and bake as per package directions. Flip half way through and 'paint' the other side with the spice mix.

- Add them to a large bowl and in a smaller bowl combine your Just Mayo (or other vegan mayo), lime juice and remaining 1 tbsp of jerk spice. Toss this all together. When the tenders are done, remove them from the oven, cut into bite size pieces and add them to the bowl. Toss well.
- Divide amongst your tortillas and wrap em up!
